Get in touch.

Support and privacy have separate addresses, and billing is a dashboard page you can change yourself. There's no form on this page, and no support line to sit on hold for.

How do I contact Heyline?

Email. A call that did not go the way you wanted, a question about your account, or anything else about your receptionist: support@heyline.ai. A request about your personal data: privacy@heyline.ai. Billing you handle yourself, in the dashboard under Billing. There is no phone number, no mailing address and no contact form to fill in.

Write from the address on your account where you can. Accounts often hold more than one business, and the first reply is faster when nobody has to ask which receptionist you mean.

You will not find a response-time promise on this page. We have not measured one yet, and a number we cannot stand behind is worse than no number at all.

One thing an email cannot change: Heyline serves the United States and Canada, in English. If your callers speak something else, or your business sits outside those two countries, support will only be able to confirm it.

Which address should I use?

Two addresses and one dashboard page cover everything.

No phone number and no mailing address — email and your dashboard are the two ways in.

Where is billing in the dashboard?

Plans and cancellation are yours to change directly. None of it is a support request.

  1. Sign in

Sign in and open any of your receptionists. One subscription covers the whole account, so it does not matter which one you pick.

  2. Open Billing

Billing is a page in the dashboard. It shows the plan you are on, what it costs, and — during the 14-day trial — how much of the trial is left.

  3. Press Manage billing

That opens the billing portal. The card on file, your receipts and the cancel button all live there, and nothing on that page needs an email to us first.

  4. Or switch tiers

The same page carries a button for each of the other tiers, so moving between Starter, Growth and Scale takes a click rather than a conversation.

What should I put in a support email?

Five lines make almost any support email answerable on the first reply.

  • Your business name, spelled the way it reads in the dashboard.
  • The number the caller dialed, or the number they called from.
  • Roughly when the call happened, and the time zone you are in.
  • What she said, and what you expected her to say instead.
  • A screenshot, if the trouble is in the dashboard rather than on a call.
  • The email address on the account, if you are writing to us from a different one.

What we will never ask you for

No email from Heyline will ever ask you for your card number or your Google password. We do send a sign-in link by email, but only when you ask for one on the sign-in page. Card details belong in the billing portal you open from your own dashboard, and nowhere else.

She holds the same line on the phone. No card numbers from callers, whatever reason is offered, and she says so plainly rather than pretending the line dropped.

So if a message ever asks you to settle an invoice by reply, or to move billing somewhere other than your own dashboard, it did not come from us. Forward it to support@heyline.ai and we will say so in writing.

Is the answer already on the site?

Four pages answer most of what reaches support@heyline.ai.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a phone number I can call?

No. Heyline publishes two email addresses and no support line. The honest reason is that email leaves both of us a written record of what was asked and what was answered, which a phone call does not. Your own callers still reach a phone that is answered within two rings — that part is the product.

Where do I update the card on file?

In your dashboard, under Billing, using the Manage billing button. It opens the billing portal, where the card, the receipts and the cancel button all sit together. Support cannot change a card for you and will never ask for the number, because that page is the only place it belongs.

Plans, billing and what is free

How do I close my account completely?

Email support@heyline.ai from the address on the account and say so. Closure is a support request by design: an account always keeps at least one receptionist, so there is no dashboard button that empties it. Cancel your plan first if you want the billing side to stop on its own schedule.

Can I email with questions before I sign up?

Yes. Nothing at support@heyline.ai is gated behind an account. If your question is whether she can handle a call like yours, the faster answer is to build her from your website and ask her yourself, free and in your browser, with no card. Either way, the email gets a reply.

Where do press and partnership emails go?

To support@heyline.ai as well. Heyline is made by Builts AI, and there is no separate press desk to route you through. Put what you need in the first paragraph — a quote, a fact to check, a question about how the product works — and it reaches someone who can answer it.

What should go to privacy@heyline.ai?

Privacy and data requests, which is the address the privacy policy prints. It is kept apart from support so those emails are not queued behind product questions. Anything about a call, a booking or a plan belongs at support@heyline.ai instead, where sending it to privacy would only slow the answer down.
